The Catalina 28 is an ideal pocket cruiser with great accommodations and strongly constructed for offshore sailing.. This boat needs TLC. Though all there, it has been neglected and is being offer by the Mobile Sailing School, a 501C3 Charity. It has in mast furling main, furling genoa, Universal diesel, Edson Steering, and AC (currently in-op). It also sports a very nice custom framed aluminum bimini cage with that needs canvas. This is a "project boat" but after a little effort can be a very nice cruiser. If you want to fill your dream on a low budget, and don't mind a little "sweat equity" this could be the boat for you.
