1987 Island Packet 27 Sloop

"Nauticlue", is a beautiful Island Packet 27 Sloop, well maintained with low engine hours, great canvas, extremely clean and in great condition to sail the Gulf and Bahamas as she sits. Last surveyed in 2012 at time of purchase. Cap rails re-finished, new sail cover 2022, hull and prop cleaned every couple months. New running rigging and standing rigging inspected 2022, stuffing box repacked. Originally a fresh water boat. Current slip at Holiday Harbor is assumable.

The Island Packet 27 includes a large V-berth forward with storage under and access to chain locker with louvered door. Moving aft is the head to starboard with hanging locker and locker to port. Main salon includes a bench settee to starboard which makes into a double berth with single settee to port. Island Packet fold down table which expands if necessary for company.
